Dr. Ernst Thervil is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Hope Church in Orlando, Florida. His ministry is rooted in biblical teaching, practical leadership, healthy relationships, community engagement, and a passion for helping people discover and fulfill God-given purpose.

In addition to pastoral ministry, Dr. Thervil serves as an educator, author, conference speaker, relationship coach and consultant, entrepreneur, humanitarian, community advocate, and seminary professor. His work brings faith and practical wisdom together to strengthen individuals, couples, families, leaders, and communities.

First Lady Carline Thervil serves alongside Dr. Thervil with a heart for marriage, family, women, and the spiritual health of the church. Together, they model a ministry philosophy that values strong families, compassionate service, intentional discipleship, and authentic relationships.
